The New Normal

If you are looking for answers to how to care for a loved one, you are likely familiar with the

term ‘new normal.’ Covid-19 offers another opportunity to adapt to yet another ‘new normal.’

While we have welcomed spring and summer, unlike the blooming leaves, we have all gone a bit inward by necessity. Covid-19 has forced new behaviors that separate us and leave many feeling isolated, frightened and truly alone.

Here at Senior Steps, we have taken steps to adapt and adjust in the face of this ‘new normal.’ Our clients still have needs and concerns that we are here to address, and even in the face of lockdown or quarantine, we have been actively working to provide our clients and their families with peace of mind and guidance. Although our in-person visits have been reduced in the face of Covid-19, our time spent on each of our clients has not changed. With new technologies, such as Zoom Meetings, as well as proactive methods, we have been able to maintain the high level of service that we bring to all our clients.

Even in this trying time, the demands of family life, work, marriage, and individual health concerns remain at the forefront, and Senior Steps is here to facilitate the best that retirement years can offer. Although we are in the ‘new normal,’ we are still here to provide the best service we can, and we continue to help those in need to navigate their transition to later life.
