As a leading Geriatric Care Management company, Senior Steps offers virtual and online consultations for those interested in learning more about our company and the services that we provide.

First, we offer a free 15-min consultation over the phone or virtually through Zoom. This brief consultation can help demonstrate the value of working with a Geriatric Care Manager, as well as briefly summarize some of the common issues that arise with elderly loved ones as they age and face health issues.

We also offer a much more comprehensive 2-hour consultation over Zoom. Working with one of our Certified Geriatric Care Managers, this service includes going over care challenges you or a loved one may be struggling with or anticipating. During the session, we can provide guidance on how to address these challenges, as well as strategies for anticipating and preparing for future issues that can arise with elder health.
Care Management Seminar
Senior Steps also offers a weekly digital seminar hosted by one of our Certified Geriatric Care Managers.​

This seminar is designed to offer an in-depth understanding of geriatric care management for seniors and their families. It is tailored to provide valuable insights into the services we offer, emphasizing planning, advocacy, guidance, and support for seniors navigating the transitions in later life.

The seminar includes access to all the material reviewed during the session, as well as access to the members section of our site and priority response to any questions you may have regarding care management.

Many families benefit greatly from onboarding a Certified Geriatric Care Manager. However, for those families who are not quite at the onboarding stage, or families who would like to stay prepared for issues that can eventually arise with elder relatives, this seminar serves as an excellent starting point.
