A small panel of professionals from across the aging services field will talk through the challenges families face when care needs increase, the options available, and how professionals can work together to help families with the next steps.
Attendees can also take part in Dementia Live®, an interactive experience that gives you a sense of what it may feel like to live with cognitive impairment.
